April 7, 2021 BOARD MEETING NOTES
ZOOM VIDEO MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 1832
MEMBERS PRESENT: Bill Knepper, Don Lockridge, John Campeau, John Ellingson, Jim Pace, and Kevin Rasku.

MARCH MINUTES: Jim Pace moved, Don Lockridge seconded that the March board meeting minutes be approved as submitted. Motion passed.
MARCH 24 SPECIAL BOARD MEETING: A special board meeting was called on March 24 to consider changing the WA7UHD trustee from Jeff Mayfield, KE7ACE, a general class licensee, to Don Lockridge, AI7CE, an extra class licensee, so that the club call sign can be changed to K7PG, an extra class call sign. The change was approved at that meeting. Kevin Rasku moved, John Ellingson seconded that the March 24 special board meeting be approved. Motion passed.
FINANCIAL REPORT: There was no financial report this month.
K7PG: Bill Knepper reported that the request to change the WA7UHD trustee to Don Lockridge and to change the WA7UHD call sign to K7PG has been submitted to the FCC.
SWAPMEET: John Ellingson reported that the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds Dairy Barn is not available for July 24, 2021. The parking lot or the Blue building are possibilities at around $317. This will be reviewed next month.
FIELD DAY: Bob Willey reported that the City of Centralia won't commit to making Borst Park available for the June 26-27 ARRL Field Day until they know the state COVID-19 meeting status.
AMATEUR LICENSE TESTING: Jim Pace reminded the board that the next test session is Saturday, April 17 at 2 PM. The FCC may impose a $35 license fee by the time the June test session arrives.
MEETING CLOSED: 1900.

April 7, 2021 PROGRAM NOTES
The April 7, 2021 ZOOM Video General Meeting was called to order by Bill Knepper at 7:00 PM.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
PROGRAM: James Van Ornum, AE7TF, discussed Testing Antennas. He covered testing the output of a trasmitter and analyzing an antenna. He touched on coaxial connectors, power meters, and field strength meters.

The meeting adjourned at 8:23 PM. There were at least 19 people attending.
