ZOOM VIDEO MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 1844
MEMBERS PRESENT: Bill Harwell, Bill Knepper, Jim Pace, and Kevin Rasku.

NOVEMBER MINUTES: The November board meeting minutes were read. Bill Knepper moved to approve the minutes as read, Jim Pace seconded. Motion passed by voice vote.
CHECKING ACCOUNT: Bill Knepper moved to remove Paul Van Dyck (outgoing secretary) from, and add Cheryl Freese (incoming treasurer) to the checking account signature card. Bill Harwell and Bill Knepper will remain on the signature card. Kevin Rasky seconded. Motion passed by voice vote.
VE TESTING: Jim Pace reported that several people have expressed an interest in taking a license test on December 19. Depending on which room(s) are used, he may have to use more than 1 testing team.
K7PG: Bill Harwell reported no progress on applying for K7PG as a club call sign.

The December 2, 2020 ZOOM Video General Meeting was called to order by Bill Harwell at 7:04 PM.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• VE Testing 12/19 at Mountain View Baptist Church in Centralia. Social distancing will be observed.
• Baw Faw repeater (147.050 MHz) may go off the air between 8 AM Monday, 12/7, and 8 AM Wednesday, 12/9, while maintenance is performed on other facilities colocated on the Peak.
• CVARS dues for 2021 are now due.

PROGRAM - ROUND TABLE: People were given a chance to discuss what they have been working on.

The meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM. There were at least 17 people attending.
